“The Photosynthetic Restaurant: Gourmet Sunshine for Plants” is opening at the Crocker Art Museum in San Diego on April 16th. This exhibit will showcase artist Jonathan Keats’ work to provide plants with targeted wavelengths of light so as to introduce flavors of growth. I’m interested in seeing if there is any change in the plant after getting these specific gourmet wavelengths.
